ŚRUBENA-UNIA Sp. z o.o. is one of the largest manufacturers of fasteners in Poland and Europe. By employing the technologies of cold and hot processing, we manufacture screws, nuts and bolts in a wide range of sizes and variants. We also create new elements based on schematics and drawings. Currently, in the range of diameters from M5 to M56, we offer products of all classes of mechanical properties, which meet both the relevant applicable standards and individual requirements of the customers.
We have been a part of the market ever since 1832, and we have been continuously improving our technological processes, all in order to offer even better, more durable and more precise solutions. We provide products and solutions for the following branches of industry: construction, automotive, energy, mining, railway. We also supply our products to dealers, distributors and wholesalers throughout the European Union, as well as in many countries outside the EU. CONSTANT DEVELOPMENT
We provide our customers with solutions which allow for a safe and reliable fixing of components by means of steel screws. We actively take part in the process of manufacturing new products for our customers - from the design phase, through testing, preparation of the technical documentation, to production and delivery. Our priority is to keep the customer satisfied, and maintain a strong position on the market.
We are perfectly aware that the technological development comes with the necessity to constantly implement new and more effective solutions. The durability of a machine or construction depends on its weakest parts, and this is why we cannot afford to decrease our standards in any way. Screws, rivets, washers and other fasteners must be capable of withstanding extreme loads, be resistant to corrosion and unfavourable weather factors, etc. Our products are thoroughly tested in the most extreme conditions, prior to the market launch. We want to ensure that our products meet even the most rigorous quality requirements. And this is exactly the reason why the fasteners of ŚRUBENA UNIA Sp. z o.o. are valued in Poland, Europe and worldwide.

Andrzej Herma, PresidentHe has graduated the Mechanical Faculty of the Technical University of Łódź, Branch in Bielsko-Biała, with the title of Master of Science (1982). In 1993 he completed the “Course for the Supervisory Board Member Candidates”, and a “Short-term Financial Management” training.
In 1998 he graduated a post-graduate training course in Marketing and Sales. In 2003 he completed a training course in Production Process Management, and in 2004 - a training course in the field of project management. In the years 1982 - 1989 Andrzej Herma was employed in the Bielska Fabryka Armatury - first as a technologist, later on he was promoted to the position of the master of the armature department, and finally he took the position of the manager of the transport department.
In the years 1989 - 1993, he was the deputy head of the maintenance department at Inter-Befa Sp. z o.o. in Bielsko-Biała. In 1993 he became the President of the Management Board of that company, until 2000. In the years 2000-2001, he was supervising the transformation process of Inter-Befa Sp. z o.o. From 2001 to 2002, he was the supervisory officer at the Bielska Fabryka Armatury.
From 2002 to 2009, he was a Vice President of the Board and a Production and Technical Director of "Zetkama” S.A. - an industrial fittings factory.
From 2009 to the present, he is the President of the Management Board, the General Director of Śrubena Unia Sp. z o.o. in Żywiec.
Tadeusz Jopek, Vice-presidentHe graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, with the title of Master of Engineering.
He has completed numerous courses and trainings in marketing and sales, quality management systems, commercial negotiations, and closing international contracts.
In the years 1996 - 1999, he was employed at Śrubena as a marketing and sales specialist. From 1999 to 2001, he worked at Grupa Kęty S.A. in the Foreign Sales Department.

From 2001 to 2010, he was the Head of Castings Sales Department at "Metalpol Węgierska Górka".
In 2010 he assumed the position of the Director of Marketing and Sales at Śrubena Unia Sp z. o.o. He has been a member of the board of directors of the company since 2013.
From 2015 to the present, he is the Vice-president of the Management Board, Director of Marketing and Sales at Śrubena Unia Sp z. o.o. in Żywiec.
In 2010 he assumed the position of the Director of Marketing and Sales at Śrubena Unia Sp z. o.o. He has been a member of the board of directors of the company since 2013.
From 2015 to the present, he is the Vice-president of the Management Board, Director of Marketing and Sales at Śrubena Unia Sp z. o.o. in Żywiec.
