QUALITY POLICY
ŚRUBENA UNIA Sp. z o.o., which has been a fastener manufacturer for more than 190 years, aims to remain a flexible, well-functioning, customer-oriented and environmentally responsible organization during every stage of its business activities.The company's board of directors hereby declares, that it shall:
- responsibly manage the natural resources;
- attempt to reduce any adverse environmental impacts, in particular in the area of air emissions, generation of waste, discharging wastes into water, and soil contamination.
- follow all relevant regulatory requirements (including those related to environmental protection), customer normative requirements, Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) as well as to maintain the efficiency and constantly improve the employed Quality and Environment Management Systems.
- meeting the needs of customers and providing them with the best service possible by adapting to their wishes on every step of cooperation,
- employing an experienced and highly qualified staff, which constantly improves its abilities and qualifications,
improving the quality of our products and technology of production to meet the expectations of our customers, while simultaneously reducing the negative environmental impacts, - monitoring the consumption of resources and the volume of emissions,
- maintaining a high quality of our products and continuous improvement,
- involving the entire staff in maintaining the quality and taking care of environmental protection,
- introducing auto-control for all operations of the production processes,
- maintaining and continually improving the Quality and Environment Management Systems,
Recognizing the importance of a system approach to quality management, I hereby declare my personal commitment and support in regard to creating conditions, that ensure the effectiveness of this Quality and Environment Policy, and to provide all interested parties with all relevant information regarding all pro-environmental activities undertaken by our company.
This policy has been forwarded to all entities acting for and on behalf of ŚRUBENA UNIA Sp. z o.o., as well as to the entire crew of the company. On behalf of all our employees, I shall take full responsibility for its implementation.
